I love to mountain bike for cross training. Biking involves many skills similar to skiing like balance, looking ahead, using gravity and making quick decisions. You are in nature enjoying the mountains, by yourself or with friends or maybe a girlfriend. Going fast, trying to be as smooth as possible, you get to catch air and rip down the mountain. Using the terrain to your advantage and playing with the trail you shred like it was your first day. I love that! Hope you are getting out there and cross training!
